These guys are the real deal! From my initial consultation with Justin, to Gemma handling my two jobs, to the chaps on site carrying out the installation, everything was absolutely flawless. I was lucky enough to get two cancellation slots, which meant I jumped the queue for my installation. The AC install throughout my house was spot on and completed in just two days. They’re priced aggressively in what must be a tough market, and I’m absolutely delighted with the final outcome. A great British, family-run business with 10/10 customer service at its core. I really hope they maintain these standards, as it’s what sets them apart from their competitors!

Absolutely outstanding work completed in the installation of our air conditioning units. The service from the start was exceptional. Justin did a video call to see how it would be installed and we covered everything in that initial enquiry. A date was given, which was superb given the timing of my enquiry (mid heat waves this summer!!) the communication from the team was excellent and we were kept informed of everything.
Our units came in very early and they rang to see if they could come the next day to install and of course we said yes!
The team who arrived, led by Lewis were so professional and honestly amazing. They handled all the moving of any furniture and went ahead with the installation. I cannot fault the workmanship from all three installers. It is so neat and clean both inside and out. Our neighbours have even commented on how efficient and professional they were and the outcome of the work. (We have recommended you to everyone so far!!)
The product itself has been amazing and I am so grateful to the JB team for all they have done! Thank you - you come with our highest recommendations and we tell everyone about you!

From the first enquiry, right through to air conditioning install and follow up, the team at Justin Bucknall Electrical Ltd have been very professional.

Even at such a busy time, they fitted in a video call within a few days, supplied a quote quickly, and even managed an earlier install date than originally expected.

The knowledge and pride they take in doing work to a high standard is clear. Highly recommended.

The team at JBE were all great to deal with.
We quickly worked through to the ideal install option (video call) for our EV charging station.
The install engineer managed to complete the task with minimal disruption (brief dis board shutdown).
Thanks to Gemma for the initial communication and organisation.
Overall, happy with the experience and would recommend to others.

We recently had Justin install air conditioning to our property and from start to finish the team were really polite and professional.

The team that came to install were all really friendly and happy to answer any questions we had, they cleaned up after they had finished and ensured everything was working as expected.

I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I've been using Justin Bucknell Electrical for a few years for our major electrical work, specifically EV charger and air conditioning installation. The support from the team is great, and very accommodating to changes we needed to make for the AC. The AC was installed very swiftly, with two indoor and associated outdoor unit done in half a day.
Would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services.
